Shuichi YAMAMOTO is Professor at
Bio-Process Engineering laboratory, Yamaguchi University and
Director of Yamaguchi University Biomedical Engineering Center (YUBEC).
Currntly, Prof. Noriko Yoshimoto and Dr.Sachie Fujii are working together in the lab.
Several full time and part-time Ph.D students are doing research on various different subjects on chromatography or drying.
In addition to the students,
researchers
from overseas occasionally spend a few weeks for the international
collaborative

His research interests include:

engineering analysis of chromatography, and related methods;

drying mechanism of food/pharmaceuticals and the quality change during drying;

non-linear diffusion problems related to ad/desorption;
